It all started in a little village called Nenana, Alaska. Back then, we were a young family with big dreams of raising our kids close to the land, living simply, and creating a life that felt more connected to nature. As much as we loved the wild beauty of Alaska, we realized it wasn’t quite the right place for the kind of homesteading and self-sufficient lifestyle we envisioned.

In 2011, with three little ones (our daugher, just a newborn!) and a lot of faith, we packed up our lives and moved to Western North Carolina — a place we’d never seen in person but felt drawn to. It was a leap of faith, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

Over the years, we’ve built a home, tended gardens, raised animals, and embraced a slower, more intentional way of life. Along the way, we started making our own natural body care products — simple things at first, like salves for scrapes and soothing oils for sun-drenched skin. Friends and family loved them, and before long, Spirited Collections was born.

What began as a way to care for ourselves and our little ones grew into a passion for creating products that nurture both body and spirit. Today, we handcraft every item with love, using ingredients you can feel good about and packaging that’s kind to the planet.
